This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for using WingsHoster’s cloud hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated server services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.
1. Prohibited Activities
Users of WingsHoster services are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
🚫 Spam & Unsolicited Communication
- Sending bulk or unsolicited emails (spam)
- Running email marketing without proper consent
- Operating open mail relays or bulk messaging systems
🚫 Illegal Content & Activities
- Hosting, distributing, or promoting illegal content
- Violating any local, national, or international laws
- Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
🚫 Phishing & Malware
- Hosting phishing websites or fake login pages
- Distributing malware, ransomware, or malicious scripts
- Attempting to steal personal or financial information
🚫 Hacking & Network Abuse
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Conducting DDoS attacks or traffic flooding
- Port scanning, brute force attacks, or exploitation attempts
🚫 Cryptocurrency Abuse
- Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
- Running mining operations that degrade server performance
- Any blockchain-related abuse without prior approval
🚫 Resource Misuse
- Excessive CPU, bandwidth, or disk usage impacting other users
- Running automated bots that overload infrastructure
- Using services for purposes not intended by the plan
2. Compliance with Laws
All users must comply with:
- Applicable local, national, and international laws
- Data protection and privacy regulations
- Intellectual property rights
3. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must maintain the security of your login credentials
- Unauthorized use must be reported immediately
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
WingsHoster reserves the right to:
- Monitor services for abuse, security risks, and violations
- Investigate complaints and suspicious activity
- Suspend or terminate services without prior notice if violations are detected
5. Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Spam and unsolicited messaging
- Phishing and fraud
- Malware distribution
- Illegal hosting activities
Accounts involved in such activities will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
WingsHoster actively:
- Monitors abuse reports
- Responds to legal requests
- Cooperates with law enforcement agencies when required
We may disclose user information if legally obligated.
8. Policy Updates
WingsHoster reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
