1. Shared Hosting Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans.

• Applicable from the date of initial purchase only
• Valid only if no abuse, policy violation, or excessive resource usage is detected
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method

2. VPS Hosting & Dedicated Servers (Non-Refundable)

All VPS hosting and dedicated server plans are non-refundable once provisioned.

• Services are deployed instantly with allocated resources
• Costs are incurred immediately upon activation
• No refunds will be issued after setup

3. Domain Registration & Renewals

All domain name registrations, transfers, and renewals are strictly non-refundable.

• This follows global domain registry policies
• Once a domain is registered, it cannot be reversed

4. Abuse, Fraud & Policy Violations

Accounts involved in the following activities are not eligible for refunds:

• Spam or bulk email sending
• Phishing or fraudulent activity
• Malware, hacking, or illegal content hosting
• Violation of our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

WingsHoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund in such cases.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent service termination
• Possible restriction from future purchases

We strongly recommend contacting our support team before raising disputes.

6. General Conditions

• Refunds apply only to first-time purchases, not renewals
• Promotional or discounted plans may be non-refundable
• Processing time for approved refunds: 5–10 business days
