1. Services Overview

WingsHoster provides digital infrastructure services, including:

• VPS Hosting
• Dedicated Servers
• Domain-related services

All services are delivered electronically and provisioned upon successful payment.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• Fake or misleading details may result in account suspension
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our services for:

• Spam or unsolicited communications
• Phishing, malware, or fraudulent activity
• Hosting illegal or copyrighted content without permission
• Hacking, DDoS attacks, or network abuse
• Unauthorized cryptocurrency mining
• Any activity violating applicable laws

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or harmful material
• Copyright-infringing content
• Malware, ransomware, or malicious scripts
• Content promoting fraud or scams

5. Resource Usage

• Excessive use of CPU, bandwidth, or storage is not allowed
• Activities impacting server performance may be restricted
• WingsHoster reserves the right to limit or suspend such usage

6. Anti-Spam Policy

Sending unsolicited bulk emails or operating spam services is strictly prohibited.

Accounts involved in spam activities will be immediately suspended without refund.

7. Domain Policy

• Freenom domains are not allowed on our platform
• Use of such domains may result in suspension without refund

8. Backup & Data Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining backups
• WingsHoster does not guarantee data backups
• We are not liable for any data loss

9. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Shared Hosting: 7-day refund (first-time purchase only)
• VPS / Dedicated Servers: non-refundable once provisioned
• Domains: non-refundable
• Abuse or violations: no refunds
• Chargebacks: immediate account termination

10. Fraud Prevention & Verification

• We may request identity verification (KYC)
• Suspicious transactions may be delayed or canceled
• Fraudulent orders will be rejected without notice

11. System & Network Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to systems
• Port scanning or brute force attacks
• DDoS or traffic flooding
• Malware distribution

Such activities may lead to immediate termination and legal action.

12. Suspension & Termination

WingsHoster reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services without notice
• Remove content violating policies
• Deny service to high-risk users

13. Limitation of Liability

WingsHoster shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without warranties.
